Do I need an account?
No. Your kit saves in your browser as you type. Add an email when you want it on another device, or to import from Airbnb.
What do I print it on?
Any home printer and plain Letter paper, or A4 with the full kit. The cards and small signs sit on the page with a dashed cut line, so there is nothing custom to buy. Choose Save as PDF in the print dialog to take the files to a print shop instead.
Do my guests need an app?
No. The Wi-Fi QR joins the network from the phone camera, and the guidebook opens in the phone browser from a link you text or email.
What happens when I change the Wi-Fi password?
Edit it and print the sign again. With an account, the live guest link picks up the change on its own, so links you already sent keep working.
Can I use it for more than one place?
Add as many properties as you like, each with its own kit. One payment covers every one of them on your account.
What does paying add?
Clean print files without the watermark, and a Wi-Fi QR that joins your real network. It also opens up the parts that make the kit yours: your own colour and heading typeface, a logo or photo, a sheet you write yourself, A4 paper and a tent-card sign. Everything else, including the guest guidebook, is free.
Is it a subscription?
No. Building and previewing is free. Unlocking the clean kit is a single payment on your account, with nothing recurring.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 14 days of paying and we refund the full amount, no reason needed. The refund policy has the details.
Who can see my Wi-Fi password?
Only people you send the guide link to. Guest links are kept out of search engines, and a copied guest link carries the details inside the link itself rather than on our servers. Anyone holding the link can read it, so share it the way you would share the password.
What if I close the tab halfway through?
Nothing is lost. Every change saves as you type, and the editor opens where you left off the next time you visit in the same browser.
