Refund policy

The full kit is a single payment of $12 on your account. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Try it before you pay

Every sheet can be built, previewed and printed with a watermark for free, so you can see exactly what you are buying first. Paying removes the watermark, makes the Wi-Fi QR code join your real network, and opens up your own colour, typeface, logo, sheet and paper sizes.

14-day refund, for any reason

If the kit is not right for you, email hello@myhostkit.app within 14 days of paying, from the address on your account, and we will refund the full amount, tax included. You do not need to give a reason.

• The refund goes back to the card or method you paid with, through Stripe.
• Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• Once refunded, the account goes back to the free, watermarked kit. Your properties stay.

After 14 days

If something is broken and we cannot fix it, we will still refund you. Email hello@myhostkit.app and say what went wrong.

Before a chargeback

Please write to us first. A refund from us is faster than a dispute through your bank, and it keeps your account open.

This policy is part of our terms of service. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by it.
